Privacy Policy — Supersub

Last updated 13 October 2026 · applies to Supersub for iOS

Supersub is a football game that plays offline. Your club, your season and your card collection stay on your iPhone. Webspind runs no server for the game and can't see any of it. The only thing that leaves your phone is information about a purchase. This page explains that in detail, and it exists because Apple requires a privacy policy link for every app on the App Store.

What the game stores

Your career: the club you made, your hero, the season, results, tactics, player statistics, the cards you have pulled, your packs and the story you have played. There is no account, no advertising ID, no fingerprinting, no ads and no analytics or tracking in the game.

Where your data lives

In a file on your iPhone, inside the app. Nothing is synced to a server or to iCloud. Webspind has no copy and can't read it. If you delete the app, your career and your cards are deleted with it.

Purchases

The game is free to play. In the shop you can buy extra packs of cards, and the Starter offer once per player. The odds for a pack are shown in the game before you buy. Purchases are handled by Apple. To process and verify them, and to restore the Starter, the game uses the service RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID, details of your purchase (product, price, time and the App Store receipt) and technical details such as the app version and country. This is purchase history. It is not linked to who you are, and it is not used for tracking. RevenueCat doesn't get your name, your email or anything about your career. From Apple I get sales figures and reports by country, never your card details, address or email.

Notifications

If you tap the bell on the pack card, the game asks to send you one note when your next free pack is ready. The note is scheduled on your iPhone and nothing is sent to a server. You can turn it off in the game or in Settings.

Motion sensors

The game reads your iPhone's motion sensors only to tilt the shiny cards as you move your phone. The readings stay on the device and are never stored or sent.

Crash reports

If you've turned on sharing with app developers in your device settings, Apple may send me aggregated crash reports with the device model, iOS version and a stack trace. They contain no name, email, content or lasting ID, and I can't use them to contact you.

Children

Supersub doesn't collect personal data from anyone, children included. Buying needs the Apple Account holder's approval where Ask to Buy is on, and in some countries paid packs are not sold at all.

Deleting your data

In the game: the menu on the Club tab → Start a new career wipes your club, season and cards. Deleting the app removes everything it stored. Your purchases belong to your Apple Account and are kept. Packs are used up when opened and can't be restored. If you want your purchase details deleted at RevenueCat, or you've written to me and want the thread deleted, just say so. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

Changes

If the policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes, and the previous wording is available on request. Significant changes are also mentioned in the app's release notes.

Questions about this policy, or want something deleted? Write to webspind@gmail.com and I'll reply within two working days.
