My purchase isn't showing
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought with. The purchase is one payment and works on all your iPhones with that account.
The price won't load
DroneCamp asks the App Store for the price, so it needs a connection for that one step. Check your connection and tap Try again. Everything you already unlocked works offline.
Refunds
Apple handles all payments. You can ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is DroneCamp official?
No. DroneCamp is independent study material and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the FAA. The FAA's current rules decide. Charts in the app are for study only and are not for navigation.
What happens when the FAA changes the rules?
The questions and the Part 107 text are updated in free app updates. Settings shows the date the rules were last checked.
Where is my progress stored?
On your iPhone only. Webspind has no server and cannot see or restore your answers. Reset my progress in Settings erases them; your purchase stays.
The mock test clock kept running
That is on purpose, like the real test: the clock keeps running when you leave. Open the app and resume, or discard the test from the question grid.
