My purchase isn't showing
Open Settings in the app and tap “Restore Purchases”, using the Apple Account you bought with. Purchases approved by a parent (Ask to Buy) unlock automatically once approved.
Reminders don't arrive
Check that notifications are on for Loftpass in iPhone Settings → Notifications, and that the reminder is on in the app.
A question looks wrong
Tap “Report a problem with this question” under the explanation. I get the question number and fix it in the next update.
Progress on a new iPhone
With iCloud on, your progress follows you automatically. Sign in with the same Apple Account.
