My purchase isn't showing
Open Settings in the app and tap “Restore Purchases”, using the Apple Account you bought with. Purchases approved by a parent (Ask to Buy) unlock automatically once approved.
Reminders don't arrive
Check that notifications are on for Handhold in iPhone Settings → Notifications, and that Daily reminders is on in the app's Settings. No reminder comes on a day you've already tapped Done.
Done from a widget or Control Center
Add the Handhold widget from the Home Screen or Lock Screen, or the Done control in Control Center. A Done tapped there shows up in the app the next time you open it.
I missed a day
Nothing breaks. Your chain counts the days you did, and your rest day never counts against you. After two misses the step gets a little smaller, so starting again is easy.
Progress on a new iPhone
With iCloud on, your progress follows you automatically. Sign in with the same Apple Account.
